You always carry duct tape and beside that you should always have a can of WD-40 lying there.. Always, unless you're an idiot. WD-40 is great, but not too many people know what it stands for. Here it is:
WD-40 stands for Water Displacement, 40th formula. Larsen was attempting to concoct a formula to prevent corrosion by displacing water, and arrived at the formula on his 40th attempt.[1]
